Bonjour. Thank you for your question. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. There is a lift. However, there are a few heavy doors to access the apartment and the building is at the back of a courtyard with pavements. I hope this helps. Edgar

Clean and crisp well located apartment with friendly, helpful, responsive staff.
Pleasant helpful responsive staff. Complimentary transfer from airport. Clean apartment. Crisp bed linen. Fluffy towels. Easy to access Paris via metro from Place de Republique. Plenty of good dining and shopping options locally.
We visited in mid summer and the apartment was warm and stuffy during the day particularly with windows shut. There is no air conditioning. Fans were provided which helped and we opened the windows when possible at night to air the apartment. There was a grumpy neighbor downstairs who complained about the noise of the fans which was amazing as we slept no problem with the fan on. The apartment staff handled the neighbor and we had no ongoing issues.

It turned out to be a pleasant and peaceful vacation.
I liked almost everything: location, interior, cleanliness. The staff was kind. We checked out late and they waited for us, they didn't take extra money despite the offer.
Disliked: Small wardrobes. When we called a taxi from the yard (we stayed in the Wi-Fi zone), they asked us to leave the yard.

Stay here instead of a cookie cutter hotel.
It was clean, comfortable and roomy. It was steps away from the Metro and plenty of cafes, restaurants and groceries nearby.
